The $100 deposit (4% card fee is the $4) is subtracted from the total balance due at the time of pickup. $3.15lb plus butchering, avg hanging weight 100 lb, avg TOTAL COST $550-$600. We will be in contact with you to fill out a cut sheet either electronically via email or you can come to our store to fill out a paper copy.
