Fill your freezer with us. This is a deposit for a mixed 1/4 from our own beef raised right here on our farm. This deposit holds your spot on the schedule.
The $100 deposit (4% card fee is the $4) is subtracted from the total balance due at the time of pickup. $4.95 lb plus butchering, avg hanging weight 200 lb, avg TOTAL COST $1200. We will be in contact with you to fill out a cut sheet either electronically via email or you can come to our store to fill out a paper copy.
Generally we are booking a few months in advance. Feel free to reach out before reserving your spot if you have a particular time frame in mind we will do our best to accommodate.
Pickup will be a Saturday at our farm, 2-3 weeks after the butcher date.
